Life Off The Lead - Terms & Conditions
All users must agree to these Terms before using the field. By booking, you accept full responsibility for yourself, your dogs, and your guests.
1. Use of the Field
Bookings are personal to you and may not be transferred or sub-let without prior permission.
The field is for exercising dogs under close supervision at all times.
2. Arrivals and Departures
The field is located to the top left of the car park. Park in the spaces near the gate.
Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.
If another client is still using the field, stay in your car until they leave. This is critical for dog safety.
If the field is still occupied after your booking time, call 07849 488485.
3. Access and Security
Enter through the pedestrian gate.
Dogs must stay on a lead until inside the field.
The field is securely fenced (6ft deer fencing and boards), but if your dog jumps or digs, it may not be secure enough.
4. Booking Rules
Late arrivals must still leave at the original session end time.
5. Field Rules
You have exclusive use of the field.
Maximum 4 people / 8 dogs (unless agreed otherwise).
Pick up all dog waste using provided bags or your own.
Waste must be disposed of in the black bin.
No climbing on fences, gates, or equipment.
Children must be supervised at all times.
You may use the shed (seating area, first aid kits, water).
Fresh water and dog wash facilities are available.
Do not allow dogs to dig & backfill any holes with the woodchip provided.
Report any damage immediately.
6. Safety
The ground is uneven. Wear appropriate footwear.
Dogs must not be left unattended.
Regular field checks are carried out, but report any issues immediately.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be refunded upon request.
No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.
Clients can reschedule online with 24 hours' notice.
8. Emergencies
In case of emergency, the nearest vets are:

First aid kits are located in the top shed.
9. Health and Behaviour
Do not attend if your dog shows signs of illness (e.g., vomiting, diarrhoea, kennel cough).
Only dogs who know each other may share the field unless organised through Life Off The Lead or a licensed trainer.
Life Off The Lead is not liable for dog fights or injuries.
10. Other Terms
You are responsible for your own and your dog’s safety at all times.
Life Off The Lead retains the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

Professional users (trainers, walkers) must have their own insurance and must inform us prior to booking.
The field is used at your own risk, Life Off The Lead accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or losses.
